I have an idea, but how can I do a startup and become an enterpreneur?

This is both a simple and complex question.
My best advice is focus on learning first, build a skillset for yourself - nobody will want to partner with you unless you have something to offer that's more than an idea. Sorry, but it's the hard truth, and when you have more to bring to a team, you and your team will be far better off.

Here's a list of what I'd do in your shoes:

 Evaluating your idea:

Spend a good 1-3 months evaluating your idea. Talk to people, get their opinions, listen and take notes. If someone is critical, ask yourself 'why', then see 'how' you can make it better. Generally, I like to talk to people that are smarter than me. You'll also need to surveys.

 Finding a team:

This is actually one of the hardest things to do. The best way to go about it is, by networking and putting yourself out amongst the crowd.
Ideally there are 6 ways to go about it:
One: Via friends or friends of friends.
Two: Find college students with an interest in your project.
Three: Attend startup events and network.
Four: Hangout in startup coworking spaces.
Five: Online, Quora, Cofounders or various other similar sites.
Six: Weekend boot camps, where you can form a team, like The Lean Startup Machine.

 Business model:

Your idea will need to have a clear way to make money. Ideally, you should have worked this out before you have formed your team. If your idea revolves around a social network or making money through advertising, it will be that much harder for you to find cofounders.
Team: Steve Blank wrote a great article on forming a team. According to Steve, a great team consists of a leader, someone with vision, a manager, someone to manage everything and a techie to build your platform. Steve also mentions that a founding team should have no more than 50% equity, just a tip!
